Hello! To any of you still watching me, as I have fallen off the face of the earth, but like Captain Jack Sparrow and Michael Meyers, I have alas returned and wish to continue with determination and more regularity.

I have gone off to college. This makes one realize how many stupid people there are on the planet (I am going to college in California, I am hoping this is the cause of the increase, otherwise I will have to blame the lack of good presidential candidate choice, Go Huckabee!). It does not help to be locked away with them 24 hours a day.

I do, however, get to work at a paint-your-own-pottery store for a living, which is awesome as I am currently making myself a set of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Jimmy Buffett, The Eagles, and Montgomery Gentry coasters (Hell Yeah!).

This is my life currently, so, I shall leave you with a David Shrigley (hilarious artist, google him, he rocks) quote about my current oil-and-water connection with society in general:

"I live beyond the margins of society. I am not allowed to join society because I am unable to grasp the nuances of human interaction."

Isn't he wonderful? I think so. But then, he is from Glasgow, that must help him, yes?
